MRCT would like to welcome two new part time members of staff to their team at the Maybury Centre in Harlow.

Gwen Cherry lives in Bishop's Stortford and started working as an Asst Community Worker at Maybury-Harefield on Thursday 31st July 2008. She attends the Christian Outreach Centre in Bishop's Stortford and brings with her a wealth of experience in supporting people in the community. Gwen has a real servant heart for others and she will greatly enhance the charities work at the Maybury Centre.

Simon Doble

Asst Community Worker - Maybury-Harefield (Mondays)

Simon at the centre

Simon started coming to Maybury-Harefield as a volunteer, working alongside Sue Mullis (Community Worker), and had not had any previous experience of working with people with a disability. He enjoyed the work so much that he decided to apply for the vacant Asst Community Worker position on Mondays, and was successful with his application. Simon really enjoys working with people at the centre and will take up his new position on Monday 29th September 2008 working with Liz Bellworthy (Community Worker).
