Promoting ABILITY

The aim of the Maybury Open Door (formerly known as the Maybury Centre) is to provide opportunities for able-bodied and disabled people to work together to support social need in their local community.  It is keen to promote the ABILITY of disabled people and to encourage them to take an active role.

MAYBURY OPEN DOOR is based in Harlow and is managed by a team of MRCT Community Workers and Voluntary Assistants.  Maybury Open Door is a community drop-in resource which welcomes adults from 18+ years, seeking to promote community spirit and integration.
